Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery estimates are provided for your convenience and may vary depending on the shipping provider, location, and other factors beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and express shipping options for domestic orders within Australia. The estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
International Shipping: We also ship to select international destinations. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Ponique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Ponique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
