- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.

- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at support@ponique.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
